Description:
This position works within our repair department to provide techs, employees, and customers with exceptional service. This person oversees tech scheduling and management, customer communication, interdepartmental communication, and training. This position is a field-based and administrative role. It is great for someone who enjoys managing a lot of different pieces to move the department forward.
You would be great at this if you:

• Have pool/spa repair experience

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to train and develop teams

• Previous experience in plumbing, repair industry, HVAC or pool/spa industry

Qualifications:

• Education: GED or high school diploma

• Valid Colorado driver’s license
